 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy............f__k the ol' PIG.

Pulled the clutch cover off her there and then ( Thanks for the tool kit Shane!!!!) and tightened the Primary drive gear ( crank).This happened  20 min into the days ride. Stupid pig. Tongue

Love the look on Bilby's face when he's listening to it !!!...............spitting at it was a good move. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

They talked me into fixing it................I was talking about getting the Fourby and trailer in , and going home!........ :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy..............I revved the tit's off it for the rest of the day. She loved it! Grin

ah primary drive gear trick its a common problem with the RFS ktm engines a dab a 262 loctite fixes it !!!BB

Yep..............bike shop that did the repairs told me about it.

Then they put it back together minus loctite and correct torque on the nut.  Dickwads.


Want something done right,........do it yourself.

yeah i totally agree, i do all my own work on my modern 4T, bike shops charge like wounded bulls, at least when you do it yourself you can fix up other little jobs that need fixing as well

no offence but my YZ450 climbs the biggest mountains of the westcoast, i know it comes down to experienceand it has the torque to almost climb vertical
