Are there any issues with swapping 250L motors into H frames? I checked crankcase No's and the L/H side seems to be the same part No

I just checked some numbers and they seem the same.
Would suggest that the later cylinder would be slightly taller due to longer stroke engine, but I can't see that being a major issue.
Exhaust port outlet position ?
Will be watching this topic with interest !!
