here's my little PW50 that I got a few years ago.. this is an '82 and is unrestored.. I wish I had an IT in this condition ;)

no mods... I asked at the dealership about removing the restrictors they have in there... I got told the early ones didn't have any  ;) all I've done to it is add petrol and replace the air cleaner.. the inside of the airbox had only what looked like lawn clippings in it I could picture it just going around in a back yard.

but... a YZ60 engine you say ;) :D

I've seen DG expansion chambers and ohlins shocks for these though :o :D

 Have a look at peeweecycles.com ( US site ) all sorts of hot up stuff .
 60cc kits etc .   Could be a lot of fun - but $$$$ all the same

I'd like to find another 50 to play with, this one is too nice I couldn't bring myself to modify it..

 i got my kids a 92 (same yr as my wr 500)  i,ve done 2 mods , first one  , i got a qt scooter final drive  ,gives a slightly lower ratio , and 2  60cc big bore kit and rejet , the thing climbes hills , does wheelies , i flipped it in the back yard !   couldn,t walk for two days ,, the final drive gears need to be pressed off the qt axel and on to the pw axel

Are you sure you bought it for the kids? I did the same when I brought an XR80 for my kids. ;D ;D ;D
