Looking for 1981 YZ125H Swinging Arm Information.
« on: August 15, 2019, 05:18:57 AM »
I've accumulated a swinging arm that I need to identify. It could be from a 1980 G or a 1981 H.

Does anyone have a G or H swinger kicking around that the could measure for me please.

I want the dimension from the swinging arm pivot centre to the end of the alloy arm..... Not the adjuster!

Hopefully the one I have will turn out to be the slightly longer H model item.

Cheers,

Dave R.

I've just looked at a bare IT200 frame to see if it would be a practical modification.

The top shock mount is too far back to be able to use an IT/YZ style shock.... A shorter shock that gave you about 90mm travel might work!
Then you would still have to make a custom airbox.
And,
And.
And and!

Cheers,

Dave.
