IT200 Cylinder - Looking for some ideas

Have spent some time today reassembling my IT200 after a full engine rebuild. As I was torquing the head down, I noticed that some of the head studs were not tightening up.
I decided to take the head back off and undo the studs as guess what. Some of the studs have previously been repaired / hellicoiled at some stage during its life.
So my dilemma now is to some how repair what has previously been repaired or find myself a new cylinder.
I am sure someone has experienced this problem before and therefore might be able to provide some help on how I might be able to repair.
Or have a decent
cylinder laying around

Suzuki has a stepped stud, I've done a few barrels with these.. 10mm back to an 8mm stud looks factory with the head on.

if the damage is bigger than this VW case saver inserts are the go. 12mm back to 8mm... like these:

I can confirm the Suzi option works well i have two in the barrel of my 200 (thanks @fred)
