Another thing came to my mind, does power valve work correctly?

Thats a wierd miss?   It sounds more electrcal to me?

Conversely, mine bogs and dies when it's cold, but then picks up and fires properly at high revs.  Gets better when its warm.

Was able to put a 220 main in yesterday. Didn?t have a 210. It seems to be better. Still does it abit. But it?s not as hard of a cut out. Will rev higher before it does. Also can wheelie easier now so it?s making more power.

I will get a 210, that will put my jetting back to stock. See if that clears it up.

Got a 210 in it. Did a plug chop. Looks a little lean to me. Still cutting out at high rpm full throttle. Starting to wonder if I should look into the electrical system now. Also considering getting a new needle, wondering if it?s worn causing it to go rich right at high rpm. But the plug says otherwise. So not sure which way to go so I?m not just blindly replacing parts.

Stator breaking down? Coil? I'd try a coil first

Seems like the 210/220 is closer than where you were.  At Wide open the needle isn't doing anything, you have maximum air and maximum fuel  8)
3/4 and below the needle comes into play. Is the clip position at standard?
I agree it sounds like electrical, but... things have improved by playing with the carb so you can't rule that out yet.
Swapping parts with a bike that's running right, like coil, whole carb, would be ideal, but I guess not easy to achieve.
HT cap, HT lead, and coil could arc if the insulation is breaking down?

I took it for another ride today. Noticed if I only give it about half throttle it seems to rev up close to all the way. It?s only if I go wide open that it cuts out. I?m thinking of doing a plug check at wot to see what it looks like. Might also replace the crank seal on the mag side just to be sure.

One thing I forgot. Is the voltage regulator wasn?t working when I got the bike. So I replaced that. Could that have damaged the condenser? I will try test the condenser.

Did you do the wot plug chop? That should tell you.
What goes up must come down, unless you broke a 'rod 😞

Yes. I did a plug chop with the 210 in. It looks a little lean. So will go back to a 220.

I tried swapping the coil with another one. But I don?t know if it was any good either.

Other than that I don?t have another bike to swap parts with.

It revs up fully it seems without going wide open. But if I crack it the last little bit it will start cutting out. However it pulls pretty hard at lower rpm.

I can get another video with my go pro charged up again. Last time I went out it died right away.
