Today's Project
« on: February 16, 2019, 07:55:02 AM »
Something a bit different,
What a b__tard of a job removing this engine from my jetski, the under side engine cradle bolts had come loose, and the only way to get to them was engine removal.
Engine is Polaris 1200cc triple, 140hp fuel injected 2 stroke ;D.
Been a very reliable engine so far.
Putting it back is going to be a mission, a few beers will be required to ease installation!.

Cheers,
Steve.

Thanks Cooky,
I'm a very lucky man, when my dad passed away, he left me the entire contents of his workshop, lathe, milling machine, rig welder, and a countless number of tools.
Not to mention 3 tons of steel!!
Cheers,
Steve.

Got the engine back in today, what a c_nt of a job, you've got to be a contortionist with 3 hands!
Still have to hook up a few things and install the jet unit.
Errrr....don't think i will be applying for a jet ski mechanics job any time soon!!

Cheers,
Steve.
