I made my own for a DT200.

I made a plate out of 4mm aluminium bar to cover the exhaust and bolted it on with a rubber gasket made out of old inner tube, then made a plate to cover the inlet. I drilled and tapped two holes in the inlet plate to accept a schrader valve and an air pressure gauge like these:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Water-and-Air-Pressure-Gauge-New-1-4-Brass-Thread-0-15-PSI-0-1-Bar-I5/182443077685?hash=item2a7a747035:m:mjejJBhwCKDy0MCHhuJEwlQ

I bolted that on with a rubber gasket made out of inner tube.

I inflated the case to 6psi with a bicycle pump and checked for leaks with a spray bottle of soapy water and made sure the cases held pressure for a few minutes.

I made an adaptor to fit into the spark plug hole to fit a vacuum and pressure gauge alternatively, used an air fitting.

I put bungs into the inlet and exhaust made from rubber crutch tips. held them in with cable ties and rope. Put a bit of vaseline around the tapered part of the rubber to seal it.

Thanks guys.  Headed to hardware store after work.  Anyone know the inner diameter of the exhaust port off hand?

Thats why I used a tapered rubber bung. Model independent.
