I found some polyurethane resin and hardener from some long forgotten project at work the other day.

A mould was improvised and a trial bump stop created:



The silicone lubricant failed as a mould release agent but I did get the 24 hour old moulding free from it's confines eventually.
I will brutalise the trial bump stop when it a couple of days older to gain some insight into the properties of the material.



This one will end up as the real thing should the trial item survive:
