OK, been a looooong break in the work on the IT as I have a surgery in right hand wrist January 31st, still recovering but able to a bit on the bike.
Continue to take off the spray paint someone has painted it whit  >:(

I do wonder what color code the IT plastic is?, as I need to repaint the headlight plastic (abs plastic, black and DT style), remember its a Euro bike, DT style headlight.

Ok, many think get a smaller headlight, and yes, I sure would like to but unless I find a TT350 meter bracket I have to stick whit OEM one, I don`t want to loos the meter/ignition

Other than that, did get throttle mounted (OEM from the IT175) as front brake system assembled, now I just need to bleed it.

So here it is, runs good  :) , 3rd gear pops out when power band hits thro.... :-[
But not bad for 500 Euro

But it will just stand and wait for repair, as the IT200 as my wrist needs a second surgery that will happen August 22nd..

The green has been fixed, the red parts next. black lines representate a wire or teor for the upcomming. So now you know why not much happen lately! (since January)

Looks like PapaJ's with a dodgy seatcover.
Black tanktape to the rescue, be fully race prepped then  ;D
Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon.

The back brake shoes almost certainly have more friction material on them !

Cheers,
