Hey Chris I'm in Canberra , missed Goulburn swap last weekend , might have to start travelling a bit . I can only find over priced junk or overpriced good stuff on ebay , gumtree etc , so maybe a few swaps are on the cards .

Quite a few members in and around Canberra.

Swap meets generally have knowledgeable people selling right price goods. Those that overcharge generally don't last too long after going home still fully loaded a few times...or change their prices accordingly.

In my experience you can usually ask some one about anything and inevitable they'll say go see that fella over there.....

Ebay and the like is mostly for people out to make money...pure and simple. That's not to say avoid at all costs...but costs is what makes the whole thing happen....so be wary I guess.

Easy to spot a shonk when in the flesh....I can whistle any song I like on ebay and conjour up great pics too.
