She runs!

Fired up on about the 20th kick today, revved its tits off and then with some adjustment it settled down a little, sounds happy.

Needs new gearbox oil, a fresh plug, fresh 2 stroke oil and fresh fuel and it will be sorted.

Will make an air filter for it tomorrow.

Put new levers on it, adjusted front brake, all good.

Got some tyres for it, will throw them on it with the help of Mr Brooks down at Joogs.

Nice little bike this one.

Cheers

Jock

Nice!! gotta love a clean DT!

It's clean, gave the tank a little rub with a cloth and some compound, paintwork is mint.  :D

Good work Jocko.

Tyre levers will be ready to go. We might also need a battery and jumper leads to jump start Les after he sees that little beastie.

I saw MCA had A3 size filter foam if you need some.
No rush, there's plenty of time. Do it next week, what could have been done today.

I'm looking for a rear rack for my DT175, I have never seen one here in Oz.

Do they exist? OR will I need to import one?

Part Number: 3TT-24830-00-00
Description: SUB CARRIER ASSY

This is what the rack looks like fitted:

F.O.F (f off fred)

Here's one at Bargo, the first one I have seen with the rack fitted!

Sold for $260, I think Brooksie bought it!

Cheers
