Yes a bit of flex tube which leads to a torque pipe then a silencer. just did a couple measurements to check for frame clearance because you do have a point. back to enging mounting bolts match right up with the ttr's rear mounting bolts. width and distance apart :) also measured where the kickstarter would end up and it would clear fine. my TTR has a kickstart in the same spot so that works out. the only worry is the front bolting, the bracket i have is to small (width wise) so i will have to either fabricate one (weld some stuff onto existing one) or use one from another bike and adapt it such as http://www.ebay.com/itm/88-yamaha-XT600-XT-600-Engine-Motor-Mount-Set-Bracket-brackets-Bolt-Bolts-Nuts-/371016825084?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item56625378fc the drive chain lines up pretty nicely too. yuck.

aim for better than that.

the drive chain lines up pretty nicely too.

this needs to be PERFECT otherwise it will flog sprockets out.. or worse.

take the engine out and bolt it in the rear mounts, measuring is good offering up will tell you the story.

this is one I did. to be honest.. mine is still unfinished and was a massive headache.. took 3 frames and years to get it 'rideable'

When I say "flex tube" I mean a stainless steel bendable mesh idk how to describe it but it isn't that terrible, oh well. To be honest I'm not trying to craft a perfect bike, just a project to work on so I have a bike to ride around trails, etc.
Just noticed the gear the kickstart is on has a few grinded teeth :( sorry guys I know the best thing to do is mount it to see if it will clear and stuff I've been working all lweek so have had no time to go down to the shop. Will let you guys know when I do though, hoping tomorrow or this week.

Might have to chop this frame up a bit and make custom mounts, still loving the challenge!
