The side stand was still on from Vinduros ive been doing on it and because i am slack, and yes the bike is running a treat after a full rebuild.. i tried a new PFR pro form exhaust but it made the engine a peaky pig with no torque so i changed back to the standard pipe and muffler after practice

Sorry a bit slow on picking up replies!  I bought a PFR pipe for my 250D and like you found it too peaky and went back to stock.  I havent yet found an aftermarket pipe that is actually better than the stock yamaha pipe.
