they were sand cast magnesium cases and clutch cover

they are not the same as yz250 production models

What I am asking is whether any of the production watercooled YZ250's shared a similar clutch cover arrangement to the aircooled 500 models.

I have a spare IT490K engine that is crying out to be modified.

We all want a watercooled 500, right ? !!!

i dont think so...........does anyone have a yz250 to look at and compare !

will a 500 crank fit in the 250 cases - not a chance !
